Anika Bhardwaj is currently a junior attending Northwood High School in Irvine, California. She grew up around strong women who made her greatly value the empowerment of women especially in areas like financial literacy. Anika enjoys being an active participant and making an impact through her school’s clubs such as the stock market lab, varsity speech and debate, the California Scholarship Federation, the South Asian Student Association, and her school’s startups club. Spending time with her dog, baking, and chatting with her friends are some of Anika’s favorite thing to do in her spare time. Anika’s leadership skills greatly benefited from attending the Summer Leadership Academy at Miss CEO and she also admired the supportive community that she got to know through the program. Learning about Miss CEO's mission inspired Anika to become further involved as an Ambassador last year, and her great experience has made her decide to return as an Ambassador again! Anika is thrilled to be a part of the Miss CEO team once again and hopes to help bring well deserved empowerment and confidence to girls in her community and beyond.
